Yoga Wise includes the Lotus Heart Energy Centre symbol or Chakra (pictured in image, left) to show the foundations of my yoga practice. The twelve Lotus flower petals are joy, peace, love, harmony, bliss, clarity, purity, compassion, understanding, forgiveness, patience and kindness. The colour green for harmony, creativity, health, abundance and nature and blue for the spirit.
